Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?


In the US we have a flat shipping rate. Orders less than $40 will ship for a flat $3 shipping charge. Because of the flat rate shipping we reserve the right to send orders USPS instead of FedEx if there is a significant price difference. Orders over $40 ship for free. Internationally the site will automatically calculate an actual FedEx shipping charge. If this charge seems a bit expensive, you have two other options, the first is to use Bongo which is a paid service that allow you to have orders from US sites shipped to a US address and exported in larger batches. The other option is to contact us via e-mail and we will quote you a USPS price which is often less expensive.

Can I swing by and pick up my order?
Yes. If you want to pick up your item in store you will need to put a note in the comments section of your order stating that you will pick it up. Note that some online products are not normally in store and will need to be transfered in from a local warehouse, this can take 1-3 days. We will contact you when your order is ready. You may be asked to show a valid government issued photo ID to ensure that you are indeed the person who placed the order.

Can I have a bicycle courier drop off my order?
With our move from Louisville to LaGrange we have discontinued our delivery service. We may revisit this at a later date. What is your return policy
Our retun policy varys depending on the item and the problem. Simply put if the problem was our fault, we will take the return and refund your money or otherwise fix the problem. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will make sure you are taken care of either by taking the return ourself or getting you in touch with the manufacturer, depending on situation. If the problem was on your end (wrong size, wrong part etc.) We will take the return only if it is in resellable condition, and will either provide a replacement, or refund your money less shipping costs and a 5% restock fee. Where are you located?
Our retail shop is located at 202 East Main, LaGrange,KY.
From the North: take 71S to exit 22 (La Grange). Take a right off the exit onto First Street (R53). Head up the hill and take a right onto the railroad track (yes onto the track), this is Main Street. Drive down the track until Main St. turns off the track. Goose Creek Cycle will be on your left.

From the South (Louisville / Buckner: take 71N to exit 22 (La Grange). Take a left off the exit onto First Street (R53). Head up the hill and take a right onto the railroad track (yes onto the track), this is Main Street. Drive down the track until Main St. turns off the track. Goose Creek Cycle will be on your left.
