Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?
We will ship anywhere that UPS or USPS will take a package. Cost will be based on where you are and the weight of the parts you order. This cost will be calculated based on the information that you provide at check out and the standard UPS and USPS rates.

Can I swing by and pick up my order?
Yes. Simply check "In store Pick up" as a delivery option and we will have your order ready to go out the door the next business day. You may be asked to show a valid government issued photo ID to ensure that you are indeed the person who placed the order.

Can I have a bicycle courier drop off my order?
With our move, we are temporarily suspending our courier delivery service. Once we get out feet under us in the new location, we will start up the service again in a more limited area. The only exception to this is that we will grandfather in our current courier delivery customers. (i.e. if you have used the service in the past, we will allow you to continue to use it.

What is your return policy
Our retun policy varys depending on the item and the problem. Simply put if the problem was our fault, we will take the return and refund your money or otherwise fix the problem. If there is a manufacturer defect, we will make sure you are taken care of either by taking the return ourself or getting you in touch with the manufacturer, depending on situation. If the problem was on your end (wrong size, wrong part etc.) We will take the return only if it is in resellable condition, and will either provide a replacement, or refund your money less shipping costs and a 5% restock fee.
