Where do you ship to and how much will it cost?
We will ship anywhere that UPS or USPS will take a package. Cost will be based on where you are and the weight of the parts you order.
This cost will be calculated based on the information that you provide at check out and the standard UPS and USPS rates.
Can I swing by and pick up my order?
We currently have a retail location in the works, and you will be able to stop by and pick up orders
once that open. Until then we cannot have people stopping by for liability reasons.
Can I have a bicycle courier drop off my order?
This is actually our prefered method of delivery in the Louisville and Crestwood, KY areas. It lowers shipping costs, gas use, and lets us ride and call it work.
What is your return policy
Our retun policy varys depending on the item and the problem. Simply put if the problem was our fault,
we will take the return and refund your money or otherwise fix the problem. If there is a manufacturer defect,
we will make sure you are taken care of either by taking the return ourself or getting you in touch with the manufacturer,
depending on situation. If the problem was on your end (wrong size, wrong part etc.) We will take the return only if it is in resellable condition, and will either
provide a replacement, or refund your money less shipping costs and a 5% restock fee. All returns must be made or in process within 60 days of the purchase date. Shorter time limits and restrictions apply to certian items. Full details Here
I have more Questions, How do I contact you?
Our official office hours are between 1-6PM Monday and 1-8PM Tues-Friday(EST). This being said, as an internet company, the term "office" is kind of a loose term, and those hours are not strictly enforced. Go ahead and call us at anytime if we are not here will will give you a ring back shortly. We race most weekends, but are happy to pick up the cell between events.
