Hey all, it is getting cold, but as we hit November we will be starting up some shop rides. There will be two ride options, the "It's cold, lets suck it up and get out in it" ride, and the "Its cold, lets grab a trainer and ride inside" ride.

The "Lets Get in it Ride"-
The ride will go off every Friday at 10:15am Wheelman time (Which means we will leave at 10:30) and we will usually put together a 20-25 mile loop. If is really cold or otherwise poor conditons we will leave some cut offs so we can shorten it if we need. As of now these are not official LBC club rides, so you won't get any Club miles, but we are working on that. You will be awarded GCC miles, which we will be unveiling soon.

The "Lets ride inside ride" - A low key Trainer/Roller ride that will start at 6PM every friday night November-February. Bring your own trainer or rollers, and we will set up in the Shop as the shop closes. The ride will last between 40min and an hour. Some nights we will watch a Spin video, other nights I will lead us through a workout and we will just listen to music or watch a cycling video. Should be fun.

Cancelations- All cancelations will be posted here on the forum site as soon as we know the ride can't go forward. Please check the site before you head out.

Rides are on for tomorrow same bad time, same bad place. We will probably do the same ride as last week (cuz I am lazy and didn't make cue sheets for a new one today) If we have a small group like last week we might just go ride and not worry about cue sheets.

Sounds good, hopefully I can make a couple. I borrowed a trainer for the winter, but haven't tried it yet.

Hey,what about next Fri.Dec.5th? Do you have a temp.cut off? Like if it gets to a certain temp. you won't do the ride and was the start time going to be 10:30? I have vac. all next weekend, starting on Thur. and if I can manage I may come down and try to keep up as I haven't been on the bike in a while.

As far As I know it is still on at this point. I don't have a temp cut off, but if it is snowing or raining I won't do it. Once you start to get wet we have to worry about hypothermia. Yes 10:30.

Let me know if you can make it.
